However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can assist you. To request an exchange, simply email us at AllureAnytime@gmail.com with a few pictures of the item and your order number. Once we receive your email, we’ll review the details and get back to you as quickly as possible.
