All orders ship within 1-3 business days after processing. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled.

Once packages are shipped, USPS is responsible to safely deliver your items. If package is delayed or lost, you must contact USPS either by phone at (800) 275-8777 or online at www.usps.com.
